Hello, first of all, sorry for my bad english!
I am trying to install Hotot (Twitter client) from AUR, using the following packages: Hotot in AUR. I am doing this:
1 - Download de tarball.
2 - Extract it.
3 - makepkg -S
4 - pacman -U on the package generated.
When I do the fourth step, it gives me an error on the metadata. And it gives me the same error on all the AUR packages.
Some solution available?
Thank You!

It gives an error in hotot-qt... It is possible to compile from git?

well, show that error and we can help fix it.
Why would you use makepkg -S, have you read the man page about that flag: that doesn't build a package.

Yes, I was wrong about makepkg -S. But don't worry about I have recentlly installed the AUR helper "packer" and I installed hotot without any problem.
