Firefox crashes

Mozilla firefox crashes unexpectedly. Several days ago I used GNOME and I have the same problem. Now I use Openbox. The crashes are not frequent five - six times a day. I have not noted any circumstances which generate a crash. I can say that crashes occur without adobeFlash.

Re: Firefox crashes

Look through your errors.log. Or your everything.log in /var/log/. You might find the crash recorded there.

Re: Firefox crashes

I had the same problem. Just using Opera now instead with no issues. Its definitely a firefox related issue.

Re: Firefox crashes

Is anyone by chance using LastPass?

I've been trying to troubleshoot a problem that seems to have recently cropped up that causes Firefox to segfault when using the LastPass extension.

Re: Firefox crashes

I really don't think you included enough information to get a truly valid response.  Without some relevant info anyone who tries to help is just stabbing in the dark.  Please post something/anything that might give us a better idea of what you are facing.

Re: Firefox crashes

My arch system is recently installed, so I forgot to set a swap partition in fstab. Since I have done that I don't have crashes, but this  period is too short ( less than 2 days) to be confident. But still I think that could influence to Firefox stability.
