[Solved] haddock vs. haskell-ghc-paths

Would just like to confirm this is the correct way of doing things before I proceed (please smile):

community/haddock 2.13.1-2 has -- for me at least -- an unresoveable dependency issue on an up-to-date system; this is because it depends upon "haskell-ghc-paths=0.1.0.8", but since three days ago, that package is now community/haskell-ghc-paths 0.1.0.9-1.

The upstream versions are the same, so as a test, I built and installed a copy of haddock through ABS with a modified dependency ("haskell-ghc-paths>=0.1.0.8"); that was successful, but being brand new to Haskell -- and fairly new to ArchLinux -- I can't attest if it's working as expected.

Given I couldn't find any information elsewhere about this, I'm planning to flag haddock as being out of date (and will also do so for the i686 edition, since it is of course the same). I would have done so already, but for the lengthy entreaties to not use that link in the event of, well, just about anything -- so I'm checking here first.

Re: [Solved] haddock vs. haskell-ghc-paths

haddock is now updated to package revision 3, with updated dependencies that resolve the issue. Much appreciated maintainer (arodseth)! smile
