uname -r Reporting Wrong Kernel Version

Just figured out why a package won't build:

This is from the make file:

 KDIR := /lib/modules/$(shell uname -r)/build 

And the uname -r output:
3.15.5-1-ARCH

This is from Pacman -Q

linux 3.15.5-2 

and ls /lib/modules

 3.15.5-2-ARCH  extramodules-3.15-ARCH
