"Host Is Down" cannot connect to Arch through SSH

I'm getting the message:

ssh: cannot connect to host 192.168.1.92 port 22: Host is down

I thought this may be a problem with the firewall so I remove ufw and the issue was still present. I read through the Arch wiki to see if I needed to make any additional steps after installing openssh and I turned on the sshd service. Still, the problem persists. Any help in leading me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Could you ping the host?
Check sshd service status. Check systemd journal in case if there are any other problems with sshd/network.
