Hi,
Recently I install Arch in my new laptop. I use GPT partition table *without* EFI. All is fine but, in each boot, grub is not displayed. So I can't select the kernel. But when I press enter (so I select the kernel), I see the contents of the kernel output....
So, my question is simple: how can I see the grub? Can I display it in text mode? What should I do?

Solved temporary with `GRUB_TERMINAL_OUTPUT=console` uncommented in the `/etc/default/grub` file. So I disable graphical mode. I do not know how can use graphical mode with proper resolution. My resolution is HD 1080.

Have you tried setting whatever desired graphics mode you need as in this example?
GRUB_GFXMODE=1024x768x32
GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX=keep
Simple and Open

Thanks a lot. Sorry, but my resolution really is full hd: 1920 x 1080
I will try it.
