[SOLVED] How to use lostfiles[AUR] to clean up Arch?

Hello everybody!

I saw that the script lostfiles from the AUR, which is recommended on the System maintaince site, would be able to detect unused files. Would I, therefore, be able to safely delete all the files listed by the script, because it is a rather large portion of files?

It's up to you to go through the list and decide. Also it doesn't detect unused files...
