Xfce4 cover window titlebar after un-maximized

Hello everyone,
I'm using arch with xfce4. For my better view I used windowck to integrate the window titlebar to xfce top panel. I also check "Hide title of windows when maximized" in Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Accessibility.
For each app is maximized by default when opened, if I un-maximize it then the xfce panel cover the tilebar (you can see max/min/close is cover on the top right of screenshot). The only way (that I found) is opening panel preferences to force the tilebar down.
This only happened for the first time un-maximizing.

Some apps that get in to this trouble:
- QtCreator
- Eclipse
- SMPlayer
