Hello!
I suggest you read the hybrid graphics wiki. That wiki page and its links provide suggested solutions to what you want to do. For example, with PRIME, look into "PRIME GPU Offloading and Reverese PRIME".
Note: The package "fglrx" has changed its name, see here.
Regards
Martin

It is advised to follow the How to post guide when posting on the Arch forum. If one consciously jumps over these elementary steps like reading the wiki and providing necessary information about the problem, one can be regarded as a Help Vampire.

iMuzaffar,
are you running AMD catalyst ?
If so, check the "PowerXpress support" section on the catalyst wiki page.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)

Nope.
I cant switch graphic card (adapter) - its using only intel card as you can see vgaswitcheroo output the amd card is complete off.
im getting no adapter error while installing catalyst.
thanks

That's because the dedicated GPU doesn't have direct display output. It can only do 'offload' rendering and send back the render result to the integrated GPU to display the result.
That's how GPU offloading works. The DRI developer called this type of hybrid graphics as MUX-less
I recommend PRIME GPU offloading for your case, either via DRI 2 with manual offload or automatic offload with DRI 3.

iMuzaffar,
What alive4ever refers to is described here in arch wiki .
That method doesn't work with catalyst though.
Is the performance of the radeon opensource drivers good enough for you ?
