I use pacman -Syu to upgrade.
but libreoffice is updating frequently & taking mostly ~100MB downloading.
I don't want it to update frequently.
So is there any way to system upgrade without libreoffice update?

Uninstall libreoffice. Partial upgrades are unsupported.

You can use IgnorePkg -- see `man pacman.conf`.
However, as jasonwryan says, that would constitute a partial upgrade -- which is unsupported. If you use IgnorePkg then it becomes your responsibility to make sure it still works, e.g. updating it manually whenever there are soname bumps in the dependency packages.
It seems that a large number of LibreOffice updates are because of soname rebuilds good luck with that.
You might want to investigate Delta updates (although there aren't a lot of repositories hosting package deltas...).
