Where do I edit QEMU VM start parameters?

Hello,

I have set up a QEMU VM running Windows with a PCI passthrough.
Everything works, except for sound.
According to many many pages, I need to set

-soundhw hda

but I have no idea where to put that.
I have seen people start VMs with scripts, through the commandline, but I have been using the virt-manager GUI for that.

Help would be appreciated!

I just use the commandline, if you want to use virt-manager you'd have to look at its documentation. And please, mention that in your thread title, your question isn't really about 'Qemu VM' at all, its about how to set virt-manager invocation parameters.
