Gnome Terminal glitch

HI! I've ran into a problem with Gnome Terminal Emulator, I can open it once after booting my PC, and when it's open I can open as many windows as I want. But. If I close them I can't open any terminal windows until I run

dbus-update-environment --all

Then I can open and close it a few times, then everything happens again. When I'm trying to run gnome-terminal through xterm it shows up this error: (after translating)

Error constructing proxy for org.gnome.Terminal:/org/gnome/Terminal/Factory0: Error while calling a method StartServiceByName for org.gnome.Terminal: Timeout
