This is a fascinating problem that I can't find much about. I also don't know when this happened, but it recently started and I can't tell what the problem is.
I have two microphones: A Blue Snowball and a Logitech C525 webcam. Both work fine in any program in Windows, but seem to not work consistently in Arch. They both work fine in Audacity, OBS, Teamspeak, and when testing them in Steam's voice settings. However, in Discord CS:GO, or commands such as arecord, both microphones only record white noise and a quiet, high-pitched whining. I've checked all my inputs and nothing is muted, and I don't think it's a hardware problem as Windows doesn't have the same problem.
