Hello, I know that this question has been answered before, but none of the solutions worked for me.
I have Broadcom BCM-43142 Network Controller and even after installing b43-firmware, broadcom-wl, and broadcom-wl-dkms wifi still doesn't work.
I have touched my Arch installation for about a year so I'm kinda rusty on all the commands. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Have you checked which drivers out of 3 actually supports your card BCM43142. Links are in wiki page.
Arch is home!

broadcom-wl and broadcom-wl-dkms say that they support my card, but when i try
modprobe wl
it says
modprobe: FATAL: Module wl not found in directory /lib/modules/4.6.2-1-ARCH
I have broadcom-wl and broadcom-wl-dkms installed

What is the output of the following
$ uname -a
$ pacman -Q linux
Also when was the last time you ran a full system update?
Edit:
Also what is the output of
$ pacman -Ql broadcom-wl

Actually, I just uninstalled everything relating to broadcom and reinstalled broadcom-wl and it is now working fine with wifi. Thanks for the help!
