I have been using pulseaudio loopback for a while now to listen to my consoles connected through the line in.
I tried it yesterday and it wasn't working, I have no idea what changed that made this stop working, I haven't changed anything.

So, what have you tried to do to troubleshoot the issue?
Offline
I tried restarting, updating, killing and restarting pulse, cheking in KDE if I'm actually getting sound (I am), messing with the config file, I also googled for it and coudn't find anything relevant to my issue so I came here.
Offline
The module-loopback has been worked on and maybe simply the sink identifiers have changed and presumably you'd have to do is move your console streams around correctly. Post
systemctl --user status pulseaudio
pacmd list-cards
pacmd list-sinks
pacmd list-sink-inputs
pacmd list-sources
pacmd list-source-outputs
While having your usual setup active.

Thanks for your help.
Temporary workaround but by no means a solution: enabling loopback in alsamixer.

I temporarily removed pulse and deleted all its config files and that seem to have worked.

Sorry I didn't follow up on this, the issue was likely that the device was using the HDMI sink as loopback source, while you wanted the analog card, would have been easily switchable in pavucontrol or similar.
