Blocky Text - KDE [SOLVED]

I just finished installing Arch Linux and setting everything up. The issue is, on the login screen and on Chromium, I have this weird blocky text. I feel like a certain font is missing, but I'm not so sure... Any ideas?

Please read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … s_and_code and provide links to the picture.  Please don't post large images on the forums, just link to them.

Try the noto fonts from the repos.  It generally looks pretty good and is all that I use these days.

...and install a monospace font. This comes up all the time; a simple search would have told you that.

Re: Blocky Text - KDE [SOLVED]

Well, it fixed the login screen, but on Chromium it's the same. Should I just install Firefox or Opera if all else fails?

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Chromium#Fonts

Chromium does not use fontconfig, so it may not be possible to use the exact font you want.  Firefox does use fontconfig so it will respect your font preferences.
