A couple of days ago it was working just fine, now it doesn't connect through the wired connection, the wifi still works just fine. If I recall correctly the ethernet interface was called eth0 or something like that and now it has this weird name "enp0s20u2u4". I have no idea what is happening or how to troubleshoot it, all i tried was restarting my laptop but it did not help. Also this is not a new install, I've been using arch for some months now.
$ nmcli
...
enp0s20u2u4: unavailable
"ASIX Elec. AX88772A"
ethernet (asix), 00:0E:C6:F7:11:01, hw, mtu 1500
...
$ nmcli dev status
DEVICE TYPE STATE CONNECTION
wifi wifi connected Nexxt_F127A0
enp0s20u2u4 ethernet unavailable --
lo loopback unmanaged --
Edit: As soon as I connect the ethernet cable the interface that shows up is eth0, but after a few seconds it changes its name to enp0s20u2u4

changed the kernel params so that the interface would not get renamed anymore, now it's consistently named `eth0` and connects automatically just fine. Solved! Thanks.
