Ugly KDE PLasma 5 Audio Volume Setting in system Tray

I face to very strange problem after disconnecting the HDMI cable.
The Audio Volume Setting in system Tray schema changed.

But If I change the Audio Volume Setting from the System Setting, the Look&Feel is correct.

Are you sure it's not just coincidence (I mean HDMI cable)? I'm seeing the same unreadable text and black widgets if I switch to Breeze Dark desktop theme. With Breeze Light everything's fine.

Thats correct, But I am using Breeze Light instead that would be solve but I am using Breeze Dark.

Yes this is something related to the theme I have same issue. After switching to Breez light window displays correctly.
