Dell XPS 13 9380 Touch to click

I am trying to enable "tap to click" functionality on my new XPS 13 9380.

I am running X with libinput (not the synaptics driver) and have tried to enable it through KDE's kcm for the touch pad.

Toggling the setting seems to achieve nothing (not even after a reboot).

Is there something I am missing or something else I could try?

This worked perfectly fine on my olde Vaio VPCZ13, although it had physical buttons instead of a fancy clickpad.
