[SOLVED] Problems installing themes in KDE

Whenever I try to install themes through system settings, it says installed, but the option to select it never shows up, and once I restart the system settings app, the theme no longer says installed. I finally figured out what command to use to open the system settings on the command terminal and this is the error I get when I try to install a theme

Command ' "kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/LookAndFeel -i /tmp/Reactionary-LAF-0.9.tar.gz" ' failed with code 4

If I try running the kpackagetools5 command manually, I get this error:

kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/LookAndFeel -i /tmp/Reactionary-LAF-0.9.tar.gz
couldn't find knsrc file for "aurorae.knsrc"
Error: Installation of /tmp/Reactionary-LAF-0.9.tar.gz failed: Could not install dependency: 'kns://aurorae.knsrc/api.kde-look.org/1252059'

After not using KDE for a while, I just got back but I have never had this issue before. I tried with several themes but got nowhere. Any help?

Going down the line of different things to customize, it seems I have a problem customizing in general. Going to plasma themes, some themes install, but then when I try to change windows decorations to the new theme, I have an issue moving around the settings pages. I tried installing cursors, but they also don't appear. I forgot to mention that this is a pretty fresh install of arch and kde and everything is up to date.

My wife's manjaro install on her laptop has no issues downloading and installing look and feel themes. The only difference I noticed besides our kernel was that her KDE Frameworks version is at 5.57 while mine is at 5.58. I tried downgrading using the plasma-frameworks package in the archive, but I guess that wasn't the right package because when I open up info center, I still show 5.58.

I was downgrading the wrong package all along. Thank you for sharing! frameworkintegration 5.58.1-1 is the problem package. Downgrading to 5.57 fixes the issue.
