unpacking ,bin files

wine failed me on installing something, but its an offline installer and the software are in compressed bins, im unaware of how im going to compress them. Thank you.

"bin file" doesn't have any real meaning.  What kind of compression is it using?  Most likely bsdtar can handle it regardless, but if you want help, you'll have to tell us about where the file came from and what it is.  The `file` command can likely infer the compression type.
