[SOLVED] Epson ET (EcoTank) scanner with SANE

I've got an EcoTank scanner (see also https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comm … 0_ecotank/, not started by me) which doesn't work with simple scan. I think it is because of a lack of configuration of the backend. (?)

sane-find-scanner returns

found USB scanner (vendor=0x04b8, product=0x1143) at libusb:002:008
  # Your USB scanner was (probably) detected. It may or may not be supported by
  # SANE. Try scanimage -L and read the backend's manpage.

So it was found, but if I run scanimage -L, the scanner is not found..

No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).

However, utsushi find the scanner and it works fine with it. Is there any possibility to use the scanner with simple-scan/SANE?
