[solved] Amarok is constantly rescanning my collection

I don't know if it's me but amarok does funny things on my computer.

It keeps constantly scanning my collection. If it is ready it starts from the beginning. One of my CPUs is constantly at 100% use by either amarok or mysql.

My config: arch64, amarok from stock, KDEmod, mysql database backend, moodbar enabled.

There are about 16000 titles in my collection now, so it's quite enerving because sometimes even playback skips.

In my kernel log messages there are some segfaults of "amarokcollectio" logged:

amarokcollectio[6665]: segfault at 0000000000000010 rip 00002b352fc5cda8 rsp 00007fff7f354000 error 4
amarokcollectio[6818]: segfault at 0000000000000010 rip 00002b7e033f9da8 rsp 00007fffabbb7680 error 4
amarokcollectio[7352]: segfault at 0000000000000010 rip 00002ab1e0cdeda8 rsp 00007fffce2cfd10 error 4

It happens once in a while and I get a dialog box "Amarok couldn't process the following files:" and then some filenames, sometimes a bit garbled (appended chars, etc.)

Anyone a idea why this is happening? Is it a bug in amarok? Is it me beeing to dumb to see it?

EDIT: I just recompiled the svn version of amarok from aur, problem seems fixed smile Thanks for reading though.
