fonts installation problem (SOLVED)

whenever i install fonts "pacman -S xorg-fonts75dpi" i get this error:

/usr/share/fonts/encodings/large: failed to write cache
/usr/share/fonts/util:                     failed to write cache

Google-ing solved the problem:

it was reported as a bug:  http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/6024

i am Arch newbie, so i don't know how to file the solution for a bug. if you know then please do it.
