gdm do not source .bashrc

Hi,

I'm switching from kdm to gdm and the problem is my session (gnome) has not the path set in ~/.bashrc. When I log through kdm, everything is ok. Is it a gdm bug?

Thank you

Re: gdm do not source .bashrc

Workaround: creating a ~/.profile which sources ~/.bashrc works. But shouldn't ~/.bashrc be read automatically?

Re: gdm do not source .bashrc

I have the same problem, edited my openbox startup script to do it instead, but it's a workaround rather than a fix. :-/
