Shrink Icon Size and Space Used GTK2/+ (OpenBox)

Hello, I'm currently using Openbox. When I'm using GTK2/+ apps the icons are set to the default size which are have thick padding around the icons.
I would like to shrink the icons and paddings to reduce the screen use and make everything look cleaner with my theme.
