Slmodem problema -> slusb not installed

Hi:

I write here because i have the following problem:

I have a usb dialup modem that uses Smartlink driver to work. Scanmodem says i need slusb to make it work, but the problem is that when i install slmodem and slmodem-utils from the repos, then i can start the daemon and the slamr module, but when i try to start slusb module it says that the module is not there. ...

Do you know what could be the problem?? .. Thanks !
