Vimperator and pop-ups

Okay, so I'm 99% mouse-free in Firefox except for the occasional pop-up that gets past the browser pop-up blocker. These pop-ups aren't new browser windows, but rather some kind of javascript 'window' floating above the focused browser window.

My question: how do you change focus to these pop-ups using either Vimperator or browser keyboard commands? Alt-tab doesn't work as they aren't real windows, and commands like Vimperator's ]f for focus-next-frame don't get me anywhere either. Help!

You don't actually want those, right? Try adblock and noscript.

Heck no, I definitely don't want them. I just want to be able to transfer focus to the pop-up so that I can close it. I am running adblock, but every once in a while one will slip by. And while noscript would likely prevent them, it seems a bit of a severe remedy as they happen so seldom.
A way to change focus to them just long enough to kill them would be the preferred method. There's probably an obvious way I'm just overlooking hmm
