Epiphany shows only png favicons

Yesterday night I ran out of diskspace on my home partition and since then Epiphany doesn't show any favicons as long as they are not in png format (e.g. the favicon for archlinux.org works fine, Wikipedia's does not show up).

I tried Epiphany with a different user account and Epiphany-Webkit from AUR, both with the same results. Firefox and Opera work fine.

I also made a pacman -Syu yesterday, but I don't think it's the cause of the problem:

Any idea what's happened? Btw, is there a program that notifies me of low disk space?
