Go-OO.o and obmenu issue

Here's a strange one:

I am using Go-OpenOffice and Openbox. I was using Openoffice-beta until last night when I notices a thread on Go-OO.o and thought that video would have helped my last presentation where I used Impress. So I switched.

Before my GtK themes applied to OO.o but now they do not, but here is the caveat: They only don't apply if I call them from the OpenBox menu. If I call them from terminal

oowriter
(For instance)

the theme applies perfectly.

But if I use obmenu and set the execute command to oowriter
the theme does not set and I get that annoying theme OO.o uses on it's own. (ugly)

I've tried setting the export option in bashrc, in bash_profile, and in /etc/profile.d/openoffice.sh
It did not work, and yes, I used chmod +x on it.

I even tried switching the obmenu command to

urxvt -e oowriter

but it still opened it with the ugly theme.

I keep getting distracted from my webserver project...

huh? oooh...  shiny!

Did you tried to export the OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP variable?

export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome

That's the export option I meant. I was a bit lazy typing that out, sorry bout that.
