No kwin desktop effects

Hey, ive installed kde on my laptop its all working great (dell 1525) but i cant get kwin desktop effects to work with intel915, KMS, latest kernel and kde4.2.3, the output of .xsessions related to it is:

Any ideas? It just wont enable, even if i try xrender. Using x86_64.
