I tried Ksystemlog and he gives me error The file '/var/log/syslog' does not exist.
Ok i go to /etc/var/log and i see that there is a file syslog, but its empty. All other logs are fine except this one.
Any hints?

try adding yourself to group "log"
gpasswd -a [user] log
then logout/back in

Which system logger are you using? The default syslog-ng does not create any /var/log/syslog, so it is normal that it does not exist. Just inspect the configuration file or directly the contents of /var/log.
