Xorg strange behaviour

I am having the strangest behavoiur.
I dual boot Slitaz and Arch. On my Slitaz install, I have a background image. When I restart my computer and boot into Arch - I can actually see my Slitaz xorg-background image set by pcmanfm when xorg starts. It is only displayed in a blink of an eye - but what the heck....?

Re: Xorg strange behaviour

Do you share the /home or some other partition between Slitaz and Arch?

Re: Xorg strange behaviour

Could be the graphics card buffer or something, too. A few times already when I shut down windowsXP on a PC, replaced the old HD with a fresh/empty one and proceeded installing Debian, the first thing I saw when Xorg started was some random WindowsXP "screenshot" (and a lot of artifacts), just for a split second (Every time when that happened it was a radeon card, but that could be coincidence).
