[solved] No stick window option in Xfce4!

I just recently started using Xfce. Love it. However, I have recently noticed that I have no stick window option on the titlebar of programs. I s this normal or did I not install something?
Any help would be appreciated.

Please see the xfce window manager dialog. On my system it can be found under settings.

thank you! I found that I had to unhide the icon. It works now!!!
