Fluxbox bug

I have this bug with Fluxbox and transparency at start up. The tool bar looks like this until

I hide it and unhide it manually. Anyway I need to know what the command is for setting the value it in the console. Cocaine didn't seem to help.

What line are you using in your .xinitrc

'exec startfluxbox'  is the recommanded way to start de wm, instead of  'exec fluxbox'
