epdfview prints just blank pages (cups)

I got Debian server (Etch) running cups and HP Laserjet 1018 USB. I installed on my Arch desktop cups and added printer from Debian server with http url and used raw driver. I can print about everything exept PDF's. Had to convert one in Gimp to get it printed. If I print one page PDF from epdfview printer will print one empty page. I tried Acroreader but it wants to use lp? Didn't figure how to use lp to print over network...

Did you try it with evince too?

Neither of these suggestions are what Obi-Lan asked about. The question was very specific about epdview and printing PDF files.
