Time Zone problem.

Hello
For some time I see that I see that dwm bar displays other time than we have here in Poland.
Part of my rc.conf:

LOCALE="pl_PL.UTF-8"
HARDWARECLOCK="UTC"
USEDIRECTISA="no"
TIMEZONE="Europe/Warsaw"
KEYMAP="pl2"
CONSOLEFONT="lat2-16"
CONSOLEMAP=
USECOLOR="yes"

Now we have 11:29 but on DWM bar I see 8:27

date time that I want
