Make X-server listening to tcp again

Hi there up until now I just had to edit /etc/X11/xinit/xserverrc and remove the -nolisten tcp directive. However, after the last update that doesn't do the trick anymore. nmap confirms it that 6000 is not open. So what has changed in X world? Other than this redicolus blocking of Ctrl+Alt+Backspace is the server support now broken as well?. Way to cripple software ....
