I was playing around, trying to condense my Xdefaults file and I've noticed that qt apps (or at least google earth) will honor some settings (at least *background) I tried some googling and the best that I notice is "by default qt will try to use the desktop settings." I'm wondering if anyone is aware of more specific details for this. For example, could I do "qt*background: blue" (i already know I can't b/c I tried but maybe there's something similar).
