compiz can't work with my GPU in ARCH

my GPU is the intel i910,i have installed the video drive "xf86-video-intel",but the glxgears just 300 FPS (it is about 1200FPS in UBUNTU).The compiz can't work,who can tell me how should i do?  sorry about my english:)
