Tiling vs Stacking WM
What's the difference, what is the most commonly used one? I like really lightweight and not a lot of gui.

There are more than enough threads about this on the forum. Use the search function at the top right and you'll quickly find several relevant threads, including one which contains nearly nothing but posts listing pros and cons of various WMs.

tiling vs stacking has nothing to do with lightweightness or amount of GUI stuff
