KDE 4 (oxygen icons) for KDE 3 applications?

Hello!

I'm using KDE 4.3.1. There are some KDE 3 applications on my system. Is it possible to change the kde3 icons in these applications to kde 4 oxygen icons to get a consistent look? I'm using qtcurve-kde4, qtcurve-kde3 and qtkurve-gtk2 but the icons for kde3 applications are the old ones.

There are a couple of different icon themes that are similar to Oxygen:

I think I'm using either the second or the third one.

I have it unzipped in ~/.kde/share/icons/oxygen and in ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals I have

[Icons]
Theme=oxygen

It's nice that in Arch, the KDE3 and KDE4 config directories are different.  On my Kubuntu install, I'm stuck with the default icons for KDE3 apps because both KDE3 and KDE4 share the same config directory.
