Change gnome-panel secondary color?

Hi,

On the attached picture of my desktop you can see that I have some transparency enabled on the panel.  But there are still some solid white lines on miscellaneous things like around the workspace switcher, the cpu monitor, and some other random things.  Is it possible to change these colors or tone down the transparency?  I've always wondered this for a while, and just thought I'd ask.  Thanks.

Re: Change gnome-panel secondary color?

It's hard to tell because the screenshot is small but I believe what you are describing is controlled by the gtk theme -> handles and the workspace switcher. I'm don't think any gtk theme can set these as partially transparent.
