Digikam & menu font size

Hello,

I use XFCE and very few KDE apps like Digikam. When starting Digikam I noticed that the font used for the menu is huge. Is there a way to reduce the font size or to define a default font size for KDE applications.

I'm having the same problem.  In my case kcalc has huge menu fonts.  I am able to change the KDE settings in System Settings->Appearances, but I have to reduce the font size to 6 (almost its smallest setting).  It seems like there is a systemic problem making the fonts large in KDE programs, because the size 6 font that is being displayed looks more like a typical size 14 font.

My fonts are fine in Firefox, Chrome, Xfce Term, etc.

Any ideas?
