Pacman commands(see man pacman..closed)

Is there a valid pacman command?:

#pacman -Syyu

If so, what does it do?

passing a second y will force pacman to update your databases even if it thinks it's up to date.  this is useful when switching mirrors.

not sure if it's documented anywhere, but i use it all the time.
