Looking for wm with margins.

I'm using opennbox on my computer screen, and previously used a second instance of it on my lcd-tv. But since then I've changed to using hdmi. The problem is that the tv overscales the picture so in fullscreen the applications are "outside" of the tv screen. But I can't use the margins in openbox to correct it since it uses the same config as the openbox-session on my computer screen.

So to the question, is there a way to make openbox use a different config file? Or do you now of a wm that can handle margins?

Re: Looking for wm with margins.

Used a dirty hack. Started openbox on the tv with a bash script that first backed up and replaced the rc.xml file with one that had margins. Then after openbox had started it restored the old one.
Problem solved, mostly. But it would be interesting to hear if any other wm have margins?
