Hello,
If you've used windows seriously, you've no doubt used the excellent sysinternal's Process Explorer. What are the alternative for Arch (with xfce4 if it matters)?
I'm aware of ps and top commands, but I'm looking for GUI with tray icon that represent CPU/RAM/etc usage much like windows Task Manager.
Thanks in advance.

gnome-system-monitor (gui) - this is probably what you want (you'll need to pull in some gnome dependencies, but hard drive space is cheap)
htop (ncurses)
conky (for stats on desktop)

Slick!
Thanks a lot!
Edit: I've only tried conky when I replied and instantly loved it. Not gonna bother trying the other 2.
