Mouse wheel sensitivity

I do know about already existing topics.
Just answering the question once more: how to increase number of lines scrolled by mouse wheel?

I've tried to disable hal autodetection and setup xorg (Option "ScrollWheelDelta" "<num>"), I've tried to create hal fdi file...
But nothing has helped.

Also settings in kde don't affect scroll speed.

Are there people with mouse scrolling more than 3 lines?
