Problem playing mov sound files in firefox - SOLVED

Using both Firefox Namoroka 3.6.3 and Opera 10.0 I find that I cannot play the short sound files on the following site.  I could hear them a couple of months ago. Would anybody care to try them please, so I can work out if it is a problem only for me?  TIA

Chromium can't play them either. But you can download them or try using some codecs http://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sort … =&limit=50

Works fine here with Firefox and gecko-mediaplayer.

It's a bug planet!

Re: Problem playing mov sound files in firefox - SOLVED

Many thanks Karol & Karoshi.  On investigation, I found that gnome-mplayer was not working, and then that mplayer itself was failing with :

mplayer: error while loading shared libraries: libx264.so.92: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I just did a pacman Syu which upgraded mplayer, and the problem appears to be solved.
