package-query is in the AUR, same as yaourt.

If you don'y yet know how to use the AUR, please do not install yaourt.
EDIT: which wiki are you reading?? The arch wiki page for yaourt makes this quite clear, and even links to the AUR page you've now been given another link to.

Though Scimmia is correct. I would strongly discourage you from installing yaourt until you understand the AUR itself. And, it is pretty clear that you don't yet. For your own sake, please read up on the AUR and learn to use makepkg before using an AUR helper.

1. See the following:
Code tags are your friends
2. You seriously need to read some more, because you should not be using `makepkg --asroot`.
3. If there has been any indication that you should not install yaourt, this last post of yours makes it most clear.
So, new advice, do not install yaourt. Learn what you're doing with makepkg first.

Alright then from where should I start??.......

You assume too much of what yaourt is.
If someone said to you, "I am learning to drive, but I am having trouble installing a jet engine to get me around faster..." you'd know that it was probably a better decision for them to arrive at all by simply learning to drive first. This is the exact same situation.
Edit: Makepkg is a perfectly fine way to start. Cower is okay, but really...grasp the total system before looking for helpers.
